2020 Annual Meeting
We are excited to share with you the successes and achievements of 2020 at our Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 4, 2021!
With the current environment our Annual Meeting will look a little different than previous years. To adhere with social distancing guidelines, we are requiring an RSVP for each person in attendance. If you wish to add another attendee to the Annual Meeting we ask that you please start a new registration for them.

Board of Director Election Candidates
Jill Mutimer, Chairperson
Board Member Since 2017
Ms. Mutimer is a hard-working professional with 36 years in the financial industry. Her experience includes serving as the Owner/Chairperson for Strategic Consulting Group for the past 20 years and previously a variety of management roles with large banks in Georgia. Ms. Mutimer is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Ms. Mutimer has served on a range of Boards and Foundations including the Marietta City Board of Education and the Marietta Schools Foundation. Her strong roots to the Marietta community and Georgia make her committed to the Credit Union’s People Helping People philosophy.
Danny Smith, Vice Chairperson, Director Emeritus
Board Member Since 1991
Mr. Smith’s passion for finance is evident in his many years of experience. Beginning as the Finance Director for the City of Marietta he transitioned into a similar role with Marietta City Schools. In his 39 years with MCS, Mr. Smith succeeded in multiple roles, ending his time serving as Deputy Director for Operations. He also worked multiple years in tax preparation and financial planning. His education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. Mr. Smith also served in the Marines, including a tour in Vietnam. His love to serve the community and robust work-ethic are what make him a valuable member on the Board.
