*Home Equity Line of Credit promotional rate of 1.99%. Rate shown is a promotional rate that applies to new HELOCs only and is effective through March 31, 2022; thereafter, the rate will adjust to the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal, plus a margin determined at time of loan opening. The margin is determined by the creditworthiness of the borrower and our underwriting standards. Current Prime Rate is 3.25% APR as of December 21, 2020. Qualification is based on an assessment of individual creditworthiness and our underwriting standards.
