Recently, I utilized their Real Estate Rewards service powered by Relocal Move to sell my property in Woodstock. Relocal Move sent me a professional agent team to evaluate my property, provide me with a competitive market analysis (CMA), as well as a professional photographer to properly market the interior and exterior of the home. Within days there was an offer on the property for more than list price! Most of the procedures in selling the home could be done online, making the process extremely efficient. The fine print

*Must use a Relocal Move recommended Real Estate Agent to qualify. Once your transaction is closed, Relocal Move will mail you a rebate check. Please allow approximately 21 days from the date of closing to receive your rebate. **Valid on purchases and refinances. Qualification is based on an assessment of individual creditworthiness and our underwriting standards. Program, terms and conditions are subject to change without further notice. Members are required to have a minimum of a $10 Share Account. $1,000 towards the closing costs available on First Mortgage purchases or refinances. If the Credit Unions standard attorney is not used, the member will receive a credit based on our attorneys fee for the transaction and the member may have to pay the difference.
