You are pre-authorized to receive up to $300,000 of accidental death and dismemberment insurance, underwritten by Minnesota Life Insurance Company. In a few minutes you can activate important coverage that could be there for your loved ones should something happen to you.
You cannot be turned down for this coverage due to age or health. All coverage reduces by 50% at age 70 and older, regardless of age at enrollment. Help make sure your family can have money to spend for rent, mortgage, utilities, tuition, loan repayment, or for anything they choose when you’re no longer with them.

Hospital Accident Insurance Plan
Members can Collect Daily Benefits of up to $1,800
With this Hospital Accident Insurance Plan, when a covered accident lands you in the hospital, you can receive the following Benefits:
- $1,800 a day Intensive Care Confinement – up to $12,600 a week – $657,000 max per 365 days.
- $900 a day Hospital Confinement – up to $6,300 a week – $328,500 max per 365 days
- $450 a day Emergency Room Treatment
All Benefits are paid directly to you, in addition to any other insurance you may have — all yours to spend any way you want.
Benefits reduce due to age, beginning at age 65. Under the family coverage for dependents, benefits are reduced. Credit Union of Georgia Wants You to Get Cash While You Get Better. You’ll receive Cash Benefits paid directly to you for a covered accident or all sickness — even a pre-existing condition — paid for each day you’re in the hospital with this members-only plan.
That means you can get up to $200.00 a day per covered hospitalization due to all sickness —up to $1,400.00 a week— $73,000.00 max per 365 days Get up to $400.00 a day per covered hospitalization due to any covered accident — up to $2,800.00 a week — $146,000.00 max per 365 days.
