Plan Ahead for Temporary Downtime
Core Banking System Migration
Beginning July 2, 2025 we will be upgrading our core banking system to better serve you.
This new platform will enhance your overall experience by improving processing speeds and streamlining integrations across our digital services.
While most of these backend improvements will happen behind the scenes, you may experience brief service interruptions between July 2–7, 2025, as we complete the migration.
Plan Ahead for July 2–7, 2025
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be reaching out through email, Online and Mobile Banking, and push notifications to keep you informed.
We’re here for you every step of the way, committed to making this migration as seamless as possible—while keeping you in the know.
Important to Note
Members who share account login credentials will be able to see all the accounts tied to the primary account’s Social Security number (SSN), Tax Identification number (TIN), or Employer Identification number (EIN). This change means logins will now be tied to individuals or businesses, simplifying your account view into one dashboard.
What’s Changing
You’ll see an enhanced account view, starting July 7, 2025. Your Digital Banking dashboard will display all your accounts — including joint accounts — in one streamlined view for easier access and clarity.
Rest Assured
Your debit and credit cards will continue to work, but Credit Union of Georgia ATM functionality and access may be limited during this time.

Key Dates to Keep in Mind
Transfers scheduled to take place July 4 – 6, 2025, will be processed on July 7, 2025. You’ll have full access to make transactions once again, on the morning of July 7, 2025.
If you don’t have your own log-in already – consider creating one after the migration on July 7, 2025, to manage the view of your accounts independently. You will be able to see all your accounts and the accounts you are listed as joint on under one login after the migration.
Zelle will become temporarily unavailable the afternoon of July 3, 2025. On July 7, 2025 you will need to add your contacts, payees and re-enter scheduled transfers. Your account history will no longer be available and will start fresh. We encourage you to take note of important account information prior to July 3, 2025 so you can easily re-enter it on July 7, 2025. This includes downloading any records you may need prior to the system migration to avoid losing all your historical information like your Zelle payment history, contacts and payees that you might need later.
Otherwise, branches will reopen on July 7, 2025, to assist you with any transactions. This includes large deposits and withdrawals.
Like additional cash or your Credit Union of Georgia Credit Card. Digital Banking including all its services on desktop and mobile will be unavailable.
Login Credentials: Your Digital Banking login credentials will remain the same.
Checks, Debit, and Credit Cards: You can continue using your same checks, debit, and credit cards. Account, routing, and checking numbers will not change.
Direct Deposits and Withdrawals: These will continue without disruption if they were set up prior to the migration.
