    Prize Awarded

    The winner will receive up to $10,000 toward their mortgage payments. Payments will cover principal and interest only.
    The prize will be awarded as follows:

    • $3,000 Aug 15 2025
    • $3,000 Oct 15 2025
    • $1,000 Dec 15 2025
The fine print
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of Georgia aged 18 or older. Entries will be accepted from April, 15 2025, to May 31, 2025, winner is responsible for all taxes under the laws of the state of Georgia. Entries will be accepted online or via mail by sending a 3x5 card to WLJA $10,000 Mortgage Payoff Giveaway to 134 South Main Street, Jasper, GA 301143 with full name, address, phone number, and email. Winner will receive a $10,000 mortgage payoff, paid directly to winner in four installment payments. Winner will be selected by random drawing and notified via phone/email within seven days of the drawing. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Limit one entry per household; duplicate entries will be disqualified. By entering this contest, entrant agrees and understands that Credit Union of Georgia and WLJA Carriage Radio LLC will not disburse any funds whatsoever and is only a sponsor and facilitator of the contest.
