Follow the instructions below to sign-up for access to Online Banking and/or the Mobile App for the first time.
Setting Up Online Banking for the First Time
STEP 1:
Visit www.CUofGA.org. Click the red Login button in the top right corner and click Enroll Now under the Login button.STEP 2:
Complete the Online Banking Registration Form.Your Username must be unique. (If someone else has already selected that Username, the system will not allow another user to have the same Username. This is similar to creating an email address; no duplicates are allowed.) Your Username must be at least 6 characters in length, must contain one letter and may contain letters, numbers and any of the following special characters: @$*_-=!~. For security purposes, do not use personal data for your Username, such as your name, Social Security number or birthdate. Also, do not use commonly used words, such as “password” or “online banking,” or consecutive or repetitive characters, such as “1234” or “aaaa.”
Your new Password must be between 8 and 32 characters in length, using any combination of letters and/or numbers (A-Z, 0-9). Special characters may also be used except for the “@” and “#” symbols. You must include at least two letters, one number and once special character. Your password is case sensitive and not spaces are allowed.
Click Complete Sign up.
STEP 3:
You will be asked to verify your contact information by selecting method to receive an authentication code. Enter the code and the choose whether to register your device.STEP 4:
Review the Credit Union of Georgia End User License Agreement. Click Accept.Congratulations! You are now successfully set up for Online Banking!
Setting Up the Mobile App for the First Time
STEP 1: Download the latest version of the Mobile App on your Smartphone and/or Tablet by visiting the App Store® or Google Play™ and searching “Credit Union of Georgia”.
STEP 2: If you have logged in to Online Banking on a desktop computer, enter your Username and your Password. If this is your first time logging in to Online Banking, select Sign Up.
STEP 3:

The transition to our new Digital Banking experience requires your internet browser to meet the following criteria. To assist with a smooth transition to the new platform, please ensure your current browser meets the following requirements.

- JavaScript: JavaScript must be Enabled.
- Cookies Enabled: First & Third Party Cookies must be Enabled.

Can I view recent transactions, pay bills, and set reminders with the new system?
Yes. The navigation and screen flows provide a user-friendly experience making it easier than ever to find the information and tools you need to manage your money.How do I log in to Digital Banking experience for the first time?
There are a few steps you will need to take to access your accounts for the first time.- Step 1: When you log in for the first time, use your current Username and Password.
- Step 2: Review and agree to the new terms and conditions.
- Step 3: Due to security enhancements, you may be required to created a new Username and/or Password.
Username Requirements:
- Must be at least six characters long, contain one letter, numbers and any of the following special characters: @$*_-=.! ~
- Cannot contain any spaces
Password Requirements:
- Must be between 8 and 32 characters
- Must contain at least two letters, one number, and one of the following special characters: @$*_-=.! ~
- Cannot contain any spaces or the username
- Passwords are case sensitive
- Passwords do not expire
- Step 4: Enter your phone number or email to receive a one-time verification passcode.
- Step 5: Enter your one-time verification passcode. You will then have the option to register your computer and browser, allowing you to skip the one-time verification process on that device.
How do I view my statements?
Once you login to Digital Banking, you will be able to easily access past and current statements from the navigation bar. Just click on Statements & Notices.How many months do my statements show in Digital Banking?
You can access the last 16 months of statement history in Digital Banking.How can I make a payment to my Credit Union of Georgia loan from an outside source?
Members can pay their Credit Union of Georgia loans from an outside source by logging into Online Banking or the Mobile App and selecting Move Money > Make a Loan Payment > Pay From an External Account. Currently payment via ACH is available, however Debit Card payment options will be available soon.Who can I pay using Bill Pay?
You can send payments to any individual or business in the United States—including large companies and small companies, as well as individuals such as childcare providers or family members. Bill Pay sends payments electronically whenever possible. If the recipient cannot receive electronic payments, a check will be printed and sent from the bill pay system to the payee address you provided during the payee setup process.What bills can I not pay with Bill Pay?
You cannot use Bill Pay to pay any company or individual with an address outside the United States or its territories.Are my payments guaranteed?
